Payment is due at the completion of your dog's service. Cash, Check or Credit Card is accepted. There is a $45.00 return check fee for any returned check. After two returned checks we will no longer accept checks from you and you must pay in cash.
Scheduling can be done through phone, text, email and Facebook. When scheduling through text, email or Facebook we will hold the offered appointment time for 24 hours.
All pets must be up to date on their rabies vaccination. Please provide proof of this on their first appointment and after renewal. Rabies vaccinations are required by law for any pet over 6 months of age. They are generally given at 16 weeks of age and older.
Please provide as much information as possible about your pet and any medical conditions or allergies that they may have. This will help us ensure that they have the most pleasurable and safe grooming experience.
Fleas are highly contagious, all pets must be flea free to be groomed. If we see live fleas, we will provide a bath to kill the fleas at an additional cost and pet parents will be charged a cleaning fee. This is to cover the cost of fumigation to the salon or van to prevent the spread to other clients. The products we use will kill any fleas on your pet but is not a preventative. If your dog has fleas it is important to treat your dog, home and yard to prevent continued infestation.
We have products that can help reduce the smell of the skunk spray. However, it takes time and regular grooming to remove the smell completely.
Our mobile services are provided in a Ford E-450 conversion bus (appointments with Sheree, please note this bus can not do steep inclines due to scraping) and a Ram Promaster utility van. We will need to be provided ample, safe, flat and legal parking space when we arrive for your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service or to change location of services due to lack of parking space, or steep inclines.
We require 48 hours notice for cancelling appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice are subject to a $50.00 per dog cancellation fee for mobile services and $25.00 per dog for the salon. Missed appointment fees must be paid before we will reschedule a new appointment.
In the event of inclement weather we will contact you to reschedule for the earliest available appointment. For the safety of the groomer we reserve the right to reschedule appointments for any inclement weather related reason.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog if we feel it is a danger to your pets health or risk to the safety of the groomer. Your pets safety and comfort is the most important thing to us.
